Because of you! Your subscription allows us to cover for all our basic overheads keeping food prices low. Your good word about us will help in keeping it this way. We hope to see all your friends and family benefiting from better quality and low-priced foods.
As the KJ Fresh Foods family grows in subscriptions, we will be able to reach more suppliers and negotiate better prices. This will help us add more food products you like and prices you will love!
We ask you to pay a monthly subscription. Honestly, it’s a tough business decision but we believe if you’re not paying for a service you’re being a product yourself and allowing the big guys to squeeze you for profits.
For less than a dollar a day spent on a monthly subscription with KJ Fresh Foods, you can:
1. Get wholesale prices for retail quantity.
2. Get produce at peak freshness
3. Save on delivery fees
4. No commitments. Try us free for 14 days. Cancel anytime!
We don’t keep inventory and we schedule our deliveries. This helps us:
1. Avoid wastage
2. Avoid selling bad stock as clearance deals
3. Avoid click-baiting customers by pricing very low on some products while increasing a lot on others
4. Plan our deliveries to reduce carbon footprint
Shop and Delivery FAQs
For subscription payments, you can use your credit card secured through the Stripe payment gateway. This helps to keep your subscription active and rolling each month.
For purchases on the shop, you will be asked to use the Interac e-transfer payment method to complete your order purchase. This helps lower transaction fees, which lets us keep food prices low.
We have our deliveries scheduled on Friday and Sunday mornings so you get the freshest stock for your order. This helps you prepare for ahead for the weekend or weekday.
For Friday deliveries, our cutoff is Thursday 9pm EST and for Sunday deliveries, cutoff is Saturday 9pm EST.
We recommend being available to receive your fresh and perishable order at the time of delivery. If this isn’t possible, please let us know a safe spot or provide access instructions in case you live in an apartment. If we can’t reach you, we’ll leave the package in the lobby with proof of delivery, but we won’t be able to take responsibility for any theft or damage after delivery.
