In response to growing inflation and the ever-increasing cost of food at local supermarkets, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the Produce supply chain in Ontario and what we discovered was astonishing! The cost of sourcing fruits and vegetables in Ontario is not as high as it would appear. Instead, consumers are paying inflated prices driven by profit margins, not actual costs.
